Wilma Ann Branstetter, age 77, of Placerville CA, passed away on 1/3/2013, From complications related to Parkinsons disease. Wilma was born in Port Angeles, WA on 2/15/35. She graduated from West Seattle High School. Wilma was married to Kenneth Branstetter in Seattle in 1956; they were married for 36 years and lived for a time in Fresno, CA, and Bellevue, WA before settling in Santa Rosa, CA in 1971. In 2002 she moved to Placerville, CA to be close to her daughter Karleen. Wilma enjoyed snow skiing vacations and camping trips with family. She was an accomplished knitter and enjoyed knitting, family and many of her friends were kept warm by her creations. Wilma was a very social person and enjoyed spending time with her close friends, traveling, shopping, and taking cruises. Wilma also loved the years she and her husband Ken spent traveling the country in their RV; it was a very special time for the two of them to spend together. Wilma worked for Hurd Real Estate as an office manager for many years, a job that she truly enjoyed. Wilma is survived by Tim Branstetter (Nancy) of Santa Rosa, grandchildren Matthew and Sarah, Karleen Harmon (Jimmy) of Pollock Pines, grandchildren Christine and Kurtis, brother Leo Walsh, Wenatchee, WA. Wilma is preceded in death by her husband Kenneth.
