Passed away peacefully in Petaluma, June 21, 2014. Age, 93 years. Beloved husband of 69 years to Gladys DeCosta. Loving father of Michael (Barbara), Anthony (Linda), Richard (Peggy) and David (Barbara). Frank was also survived by many grand-children, great grandchildren, nieces, nephew, cousins and friends. Frank served his country honorably in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II as a Bomber Mechanic. He was very proud of his many years as a Painter on the Golden Gate Bridge. He was also very involved as a coach and manager with the Petaluma Little League.
