EDWARD HARRE Obituary
HARRE, EDWARD E. JR. 22 - of Broomall, Pa. passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 27, 2013 in Pennsylvania. Born in Pomona, NJ, he had spent most of his life in Ocean City and Upper Township before moving to Broomall, Pa. Ed was a 2009 graduate of Ocean City High School. He was currently working as a Greens Keeper for Merion Country Club, Ardmore, Pa. Ed touched many lives and will be remembered for his vibrant smile. He loved and excelled at all sports especially Golf, Baseball and Hockey. While growing up in Ocean City he loved the beach and Skim Boarding. He was an avid Phillies and music fan. Surviving are his parents, Edward E. Harre and Debra Lesperance; and brother, Max; his beloved girlfriend, Emily Walmsley; also surviving are his paternal grandmother, Joan Harre; maternal grandmother, Christa White; uncle, Robert Harre and his wife, Leeanne; aunt, Sharon and her husband, Chuck Woehr. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Coleman E. Harre, Sr.; and uncle, Coleman, Jr. Friends may call Thursday morning from 10:30 until 12 O'clock noon from the Godfrey Funeral Home of Palermo, 644 South Shore Road, Palermo, NJ with a time for family and friends to share memories at 12 O'clock. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I was Eddie's business teacher at OCHS and can remember his wonderful sense of humor and great smile. He always made his classmates smile and laugh!
