CATHERINE MCCLUNE Obituary



MCCLUNE, CATHERINE BELTRONE MORELLI "KITTY" - of Wildwood Crest, passed away May 8th 2010 peacefully at home surrounded in compassion, love and sweet kisses with her family by her side. Catherine was born and raised in Schenectady, the daughter of the late Bensiero and Angelina Squillace Beltrone. Throughout her life Kitty was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother who will be remembered for her love of family, kindness, generosity and cooking. Kitty loved to spend summers in Wildwood Crest with her son Bert and Darlene. She managed Wildwood Jet & Boat Rental from 1982 to 1987. Kitty continued to return to Wildwood Crest many summers after the closing of that company with her husband Bill. She loved having her morning cup of coffee, sitting on the beach and watching the sun rise. She resided in Wildwood Crest since 2009. She was predeceased by her beloved husband William "Bill" McClune who passed away in 2009; her former husband Albert E. Morelli Jr.; siblings Salvatore Beltrone and his wife Ann, Tony Beltrone, and Vinnie Picozzi and her husband Thomas. She leaves to cherish her memory her sons and family, Richard "Rik" and his wife Cathy France Morelli, Albert "Bert" and his wife Darlene Harwood Morelli; grandchildren, Richard Morelli, Natasha Morelli and Thea Morelli; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Peter Beltrone and sister Mary Steen and her husband David; she is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. Services will be held Saturday morning at 11 am at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home, Union at N. Jay Streets, with Fr. Robert DeMartinis officiating. Interment to follow the services in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery, Colonie. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home, Saturday morning from 9 to 11 am. In Lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions to be made in Catherine's memory to Holy Redeemer Hospice 1801 Rte. 9 N. Swainton, NJ 08210. MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY, WHEN KITTY AND BILL LIVED AT BELTRONE APTS. .BILL NEVER LEFT HER SIDE ,KITTY ALSO HAD A BEAUTIFUL SMILE, NEVER SAID MUCH BUT JUST SMILED. SHE WAS A GREAT LADY AND THEY WERE A DEVOTED COUPLE, BILL WAS SO ATTENTIVE TO HER. MY PARAYERS ARE WITH BOTH BILL AND KITTY. THEY WERE SADLY MISSED.
