Family We are grieving. I am still in shock & denial but I trust God to get me and my family through this painful journey. Jesus it hurts deep in my heart beyond my words so I pray harder for strength and comfort. It will take some time so we will be patient with ourselves in this grief process, because eventually...
My uncle Calvin was a "super man" in many ways, helping many along the way. He is an original masterpiece created by God. He would want me and us to enjoy life like he did. He worked doing what he enjoyed most living his way. The loss will hurt but the LIFE WE LIVE NOW because of Calvin's life will bring us JOY! As Calvin would say "if you don't want to go, don't hinder me"! I love you Uncle Lee so very much and will miss that you are not here. You are eternally living and at peace with your God, dad and mom! (watch over the family, see you in eternity)
LOVE YOU ALWAYS & FOREVER, your niece!
Matthew 5:4 – Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.
Psalm 88:9 – my eyes are dim with grief. I call to you, LORD, every day; I spread out my hands to you.

My prayers are with and for the family. My memories of Calvin surface when I look at how he blessed my house with all of the work he did. I did my best to glean from him but it was kind of difficult because he was quick. It's also comforting to know that God laid upon my heart to visit him and made sure that he was right with God. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior which put him in a win-win situation. My prayer is that his transition will afford for many to come to the Kingdom. His gift will be missed.

To My Family - I am grateful to have met "Uncle Calvin". I will NEVER forget how he blessed our home with his skills but most of all, his humor. He displayed such professionalism and honesty that every contractor should possess. No doubt that his seed is blessed because of how he blessed us. We will all miss him but I will live my life to see him again. I encourage you to hold onto the memories that I KNOW you have. God bless each one of you. You are in my heart and prayers.
I love you,

Linda & the Johnson family:
I was truly saddened to hear the passing of your loved one. Calvin touched so many lives and hearts with his talents. Even in this most difficult time, hold on to the thought that a life lived with so much love goes on forever in our hearts and memories. May this family be blessed with those precious memories and continue to embrace each other. The Lord redeems the life of his servants; none of those who take refuge in him will be condemned. On behalf of the Mt. Airy Street Family we lift you all up in prayer.
