My husband and I worked with Garland at the Chesterfield County School Board. He was always smiling. I remember on Mondays Garland & I and a few other office personnel would "re-inact" a few scenes from the tv show "In Living Color" and crack ourselves up!! I will always remember him smiling...

To the Parham Family, I have not seen Garland since we graduated, but he will always be a part of my childhood. We were good friends in school, and I have often thought of all the old good times. May my Lord be with you and yours, for he is the one to look to now for comfort and understanding. Always a friend, Ms. Gwndolyn Wooden (Gwenda J. Foster)
