Helen Mayo Caudle Taylor, 87, of Dinwiddie, passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2014.

Born in Henderson, N.C., she was the daughter of the late Willie Lorenzo and Mannie Turner Caudle. She was also preceded in death by her daughters, Helen S. Francis and Debra S. Hall; and eight siblings.

Mrs. Taylor is survived by her son, Earnest L. Sadler Jr.; daughter, Dianne Sadler Lowery; son, Randy Dabney Taylor; grandchildren, Angela Francis, Dean Frances Jr., Debray P. Sparkman (Tommy), Sherry P. Viar (Matt), Thurstie Lowery Sherman (Chet), Wayne T. Lowery Jr., (Leslie), Amber Dawn Lowery; great-grandchildren, Dena Francis, Christopher Francis, Ashley Sparkman, Daulton Sparkman, Graysen Viar, Chester Sherman, Meagan Sherman, Peyton Brooke Lowery, Wayne Jackson Lowery, Aaron M. Clay; great-great-grandchild, Liam Alexander Francis; son-in-law, Charlie Hall.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at Grace Baptist Church, 23814 River Road, Petersburg, VA 23803. A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, June 5, 2014, at the church. Interment will follow in Southlawn Cemetery, Prince George.
