Ms. Sharon Wade-Winfield, 46, of Petersburg, Va., entered into eternal rest on Saturday, March 1, 2014.

Sharon was born in Chicago, but lived most of her life in Petersburg, Va. She was the daughter of the late Jack and Shirley Wade, and was also preceded in death by her brother, Ralph Wade.

Sharon received her education in the Petersburg Public School System. She gave her life to the Lord before her passing.

Sharon is survived by her daughters, Jessica Wade and Octavia Williams, both of Richmond; a son, Marcus Wade of Richmond; four grandchildren, Camren Richardson, Vontray Richardson, Jayvon Richardson and D'Marquis Gordan, all of Richmond; four beloved sisters, Carolyn Wade of Iowa, Marilyn Yarbough (Keith) of Illinois, Jackie Day (Percy) and Shirley Crutcher (Jay), both of Michigan; three brothers, Melvin Wade (Geraldine) and Randall Wade (Lynn), both of Tennessee, and Curtis Wade (Lillie) of Michigan; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Services for Ms. Sharon Wade-Winfield will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, March 8, 2014, at the Chapel of J.M. Wilkerson Funeral Establishment Inc., 102 South Ave., Petersburg; the Rev. Sherri White, officiating. The interment to follow at Wilkerson Memorial Cemetery. A wake service will be held one hour prior to the funeral services at the funeral establishment.

The family will receive friends at 1418 Talley Ave., Petersburg.
