Reva H. Price

Mrs. Reva Harris Price, age 78, of 120 S. Old Church St., Petersburg, Va., entered into eternal rest and peace on Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010.

Reva was born on June 7, 1932, to the late Edgar and Beatrice Harris. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. William B. Price, and nephew, Mr. Crenshaw Jones.

Reva was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church of Chesterfield, Va.

Reva enjoyed sewing, cooking, fishing and playing cards. She was a dedicated member of the Blue Bonnet Social Club, the Cockade Bowling League, and was a daughter of the Majestic Temple #109 I.B.P.O.E. of W. Reva also enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.

Reva, leaves to cherish her memories a loving daughter, Mrs. Beatrice Claiborne; two grandchildren, William Price and Chimere Price; four great-grandchildren, Takayla, Jakari, Akeyra and London; one devoted sister, Ms. Rosa Jones of Ettrick, Va.; two devoted brothers, James Harris and William L. Harris; one loving sister-in-law, Mrs. Blanche Harris; four nieces, Terri, Cassandra, Theresa and Rosa; seven nephews, Lawrence, Darrell, Michael, Gary and Jeffery, James. Mrs. Price also leaves to cherish her memory a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2010, at the Chapel of the J.M. Wilkerson Funeral Establishment Inc., 102 South Ave., Petersburg. The interment will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010, in the Albert Horton VA Cemetery, Suffolk, Va.

Honorary and active pallbearers are asked to assemble 10:30 a.m. at the funeral establishment.

The family will assemble 10 a.m. the day of the service and receive friends at 120 S. Old St., Petersburg, Va.
