Clyde McDaniel Obituary

Clyde McDaniel, lovingly called Mickey, went to see the Lord Friday morning, Nov. 5, 2010, in New York, NY.

He was born April 12, 1940. He was the son of the late Flora McDaniel and Fred McDaniel. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Alfred McDaniel and Emanual Johnson.

He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Dominique Carter; two sisters, Beomia Watson and Janette Sned Goodrich; brother, Calvin McDaniel; three aunts, Roberta Mathew, Malinda Williams, Carter Tyno; one uncle, Ephim Johnson and his wife, Florence; niece, Beverly Bell; nephews, Calvin Goodrich, Troy Watson, Ray Bell; and many cousins and friends, among them devoted friend, Frances Carter.

Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Chapel of Tucker's Funeral Home with Pastor Howard officiating. Interment will be in Wilkerson Memorial Cemetery, Petersburg. Services under the direction of Tucker's Funeral Home, 415 Halifax St., Petersburg. A.A. Tucker, funeral director.
