Rowland Meredith Obituary
He is preceded in death by his father, Rowland Earl Meredith Sr.
Rowland is survived by his mother, Eva Cliborne Meredith of Dinwiddie; a brother, Greg and wife, Barbara; two nieces, Whitney and Madison; and a nephew, Nicholas, all of McKenney; a good friend, J.B. Bryant of Dinwiddie; two favorite dogs, Hank and Sammy; and other family members.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2010, in Southlawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Pat Porter officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested for Southside Dialysis Center, 3400 S. Crater Road, Petersburg, VA 23805. Arrangements are being handled by the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory, 2033 Boulevard. Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.
