David Poole Obituary
Mr. Poole was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lottie and Gordon Winfield and Idora and John Wesley Poole.
He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying turkey and deer hunting, and fishing. Mr. Poole was retired from Dominion Resources after 26 dedicated years of service. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Surviving family include his loving wife, Pat Poole; daughter, Kerri Jenkins; granddaughter Courtney Keeter and grandson Logan Keeter; sister, Cheryl Umbach and husband, Art; brother, Stephen Poole; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Petersburg chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home on Sunday, Oct. 3, 2010, from 4 to 6 p.m. Funeral services will take place in the funeral home chapel on Monday at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at noon in the Winfield Family Cemetery on Route 40, Stony Creek, Va.
