Felice E. Rawlings

Felice Evette "Lil Lisa" Rawlings of 2801 Vance Ave. Colonial Heights, Va., entered into eternal rest at Southside Regional Medical Center on Friday, Dec. 3, 2010. She was born to Mr. Joseph Thomas Rawlings Sr. and the Late Mary Frances Rawlings. She was preceded in death by her brother, Tony Mason; grandmother, Valnora C. Mason; sister, Edith E. Rawlings; grandfather, Jerome W. Mason; and a granddaughter, Tye' Qoina Ridley.

She was educated in the Petersburg School System, Petersburg, Va. She was employed as a custodian at Fort Lee, Colonial Heights Convelesence Center and Professional Security Service.

Left to cherish her memories, her father Mr. Joseph Thomas Rawlings Sr.; sons, Tyrrell Rawlings, Jamal Rawlings, Ladale Rawlings and Thomas Rawlings; one daughter, Tequilla Rawlings, all of Colonial Heights, Va.; two brothers, Ronald Mason and Joseph Rawlings (Derida), all of Petersburg, Va.; two sisters, Denise Smith (Ricky) and Cassandra Rawlings, all of Petersburg, Va.; one grandchild, Samiya Ridley of Petersburg, Va.; and a sost of aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins and many devoted friends.

Funeral service for Felice "Lil Lisa" Rawlings will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010, at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church of God in Christ, 233 Halifax St. Petersburg, Va., the Rev. Jeffrey L. Dodson Sr. officiating. Interment will follow at Wilkerson Memorial Cemetery, Petersburg, Va. Visitation will be today at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church from 3 to 8 p.m.
