The Lord called home his beloved child, Mr. Frederick H. Thomas Jr., 37, suddenly on Sunday, March 2, 2014.
The Guest Book is expired.
Frederick, who was better known as "Boodie," was born on March 28, 1976, to Ms. Gloria Grandison and the late Fredrick H. Thomas Sr.
He was baptized at an early age at the First Baptist Church West Petersburg, but it wasn't until later in life when he began to fully understand and comprehend the Word of God and His plan for his life, that he truly received the Lord as his personal Savoir.
He was currently employed by the Mack Trucking Co., Chesterfield, Va.
Frederick possessed a quiet, humble spirit and a very particular swagger about him. To know him was to love him. He will be significantly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, the Rev. Harman and Martha and Mr. Hillie and Grace Thomas, and two uncles, Herman Gradison Jr. and Denise Thomas.
He leaves to celebrate his life the apple of his eye, his devoted daughter, Miss Diamond Walter Thomas; a loving mother, Ms. Gloria Grandison; a supportive brother and sister-in-law, Cortez and Judy Thomas; a special niece and nephew, Maryk and Jamison Thomas; six aunts, Delva Williams (Norman), Barbara Rives (Clifton), Jacqueline Griffin (Richard), Frances Easter (Tony), Joan Nickens (Vincent) and Gloria McCoy; two uncles, Franklin Thomas (Silver) and Allen Thomas (Sandra); an adoptive aunt, Ms. Yettonya Conner; five great-aunts, Lady Roberts, Mary Roberts, Ruth Phidd, Thelma King and Alma Hardy; two uncles, Freddie Roberts and Melvin Roberts (Quinette); and a great host of devoted cousins and friends.
