I was truly saddened to hear of Onyque's passing. She rode my bus quite often and was a ray of sunshine to be around. I remember the very last time I saw her. She got off my bus, turned and said (as always) "have a blessed day"....I will miss hearing that from time to time. Take courage friends and family...Onyque is in a MUCH better place because SHE had Jesus in her heart....do you?

A Reminiscence

YES, thou art gone! and never more
Thy sunny smile shall gladden me;
But I may pass the old church door,
And pace the floor that covers thee.

May stand upon the cold, damp stone,
And think that, frozen, lies below
The lightest heart that I have known,
The kindest I shall ever know.

Yet, though I cannot see thee more,
'Tis still a comfort to have seen;
And though thy transient life is o'er,
'Tis sweet to think that thou hast been;

To think a soul so near divine,
Within a form so angel fair,
United to a heart like thine,
Has gladdened once our humble sphere.

Neal,Mike,kids & Joe
You all have my deepest sympathy. I am sadden to have lost such a radiant person. Onique was like a sunflower who lived life boldly and beautifully.Her spirit will bloom in grace and beauty to all that she loved and all that loved her. I am going to miss her so much. She is at peace now, she is with people who can truly give her the love she so much deserved. I know Aunt Christine is smiling from ear to ear now, she have her little girl back with her again. In this sad time of sorrow have the strength to get through this especially for the kids. Try not to look at it as though she is gone. Look at it as though she is now in a better place.I love you Onique

Mike, Neal & Joe, Its hard during a time like this to find comforting words. I know about the loss and pain your feeling now and cant say that it gets better in time but you will learn to cope. Theres not a day that goes by that i dont hurt from the loss our family has had.But we can keep those memories of OnyQue alive within us... I can remember when I live with you guys for that year sometime ago watching 0nyque as a little toddler and all the all the trouble she use to get me and mike into with aunt Christine when she would lose something in the house and we got blamed for it.She was a beautiful baby that grew up to be the woman she wanted to be. It hurts that she was taken away at such a young age for nothing!(As well as her friend that came to her aid) But she is in a better place now with my Aunt Christine. And im sure they will be the angels watching over the children! Much Love to all of you and God bless.....

Joe, Mike & Neal,

I was so hurt when I heard about Onyque. This is a crazy world we live in and crazy stuff like this happens a lot but you never expect it to happen to someone you know personally until it actually happens. The good thing about it is that she's with Aunt Chris. I pray that her kids will be well taken care of and that yall will have the strenght needed to overcome your grief.

God Bless yall
