Jimmy, David and I attended Syracuse University at the same time, and Jimmy and I reconnected last year when I learned that he was living in Maryland. It had been much too long since we had been in touch, and while we shared many memories of our days at SU, it didn't take me long to realize that Jimmy was the same, but much more--the captivating smile that could always be heard in his voice, his contagious sense of humor, and his outgoing spirit, but he also possessed the gentleness of mature wisdom, and radiated a warmth of caring. While he left much too soon, I feel blessed that despite time and distance, he was still my friend. May he rest peacefully in the arms of God...

JT..My beloved Brother in Christ. Truly one of the best ever Father, Husband, Brother and Friend. I will treasure our decades of friendship and the last time we fellowshiped forever.
My sincere condolences to his family and friends. JT will be missed by all that know him. He is in the arms of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, whom he loved so dearly.
JT encouraged and counseled me on my Prison Reentry Non-profit Company & the website.
