Her many positions at the SPCA included Chairman, Newsletter Chairman, Officer Manager, and handling cruelty and distress cases. She also served as SPCA President for ten years. Jeannine was preceded in passing by her beloved husband, Keith Brown.

She is survived by her brother, Jerry Chilcoat (Marge Benway); longtime caregiver, Sherrie Helsley; best friend of 50 years, Beverley Jensen and family; and her cherished cats, Boo, Sugar Pie, and Tippy.
