Miss Jessica Nicole Stith of 11827 Oak Manor Drive, Waldorf, Md., formerly of Petersburg, departed this life on Thursday, May 16, 2013.

She was born Jan. 21, 1988, in Petersburg, to Judy Stith Graves and Moses Clarence Thomas Jr. She was preceded in death by: her maternal grandparents, Robert and Mattie Salisbury; grandfather, Moses Clarence Thomas Sr.; great-grandmother, Flossie V. Stith; sister, Deanna Denise Thomas; stepfather, James E. Graves III; great-uncles, John and Louis Stith; and an aunt, Brenda Wilson.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her mother, Judy Graves (Earl) of Maryland; father, Moses Thomas Jr., of Petersburg; her three children, Destiny Stith, 9, Deanna Stith, 2, and Davion Stith, 1, all of Maryland; her paternal grandmother, Bernice Thomas of Petersburg; maternal grandmother, Ella Mae Porter of Washington; maternal grandfather, Willie Johnson Sr.; her siblings, Michle Penney of Petersburg, Tamika Stith (Darrell) of Maryland, Quinten Stith of Maryland, Tiffany Stith of Maryland, Clyde Jones Jr., Towonda Jefferson of Petersburg, Lisa Spratley of Petersburg, Jamarious Gilmore and Tyrone Thomas, Petersburg; godbrother, Stephon Taylor of Maryland; aunts, Yashica Goodwyn, Linda Phillips of Petersburg, Tammy Shands of Virginia, Debra Casey (James) of Virginia; Ineka Allred of North Carolina, Lottie Dugger, Bernice Stith of Washington, Florence Song of Virginia; uncles, Wallace Stith of Virginia, Willie Johnson of Maryland, Willie Stith of Petersburg, Michael Thomas of Petersburg; nieces and nephews, Diasia, Darona, Dasaya, Dereon, Derrion, Damir, Ja'aela, Ja'Dir, ZaQuan, Zavon, Jamarious Jr., Allysa; devoted friend Apryl Holt; a host of family; friends; and love ones; devoted family friends, Scottie Lee, Kevin Gaymon, Curtis Spain, Roderick Lofton, and Andrea Gilmore, Shelly Taylor, and Mary Taylor.

A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, May 30, 2013m from the Chapel of the William N. Bland & Son Funeral Home, 137 Harrison St., Petersburg, with Bishop Thurman Hargrove, Sr., officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Minnis Memorial Park, Chester.
