Keith Harris, an English ventriloquist known best for his British television show that featured the puppets Orville the Duck and Cuddles the Monkey, has died of cancer, according to multiple major media sources.

Harris, who died early Tuesday, was 67.

Harris' TV show, "Cuddles and Company," ran from 1982 until 1990.

He also had a U.K. hit song, "Orville's Song," which reached the Top 10 in 1982.

you were the the best i saw you backstage when i was 8 years old i even brought me Orville to meet yours i am sorry that hes has died so early he will be sadly missed
