Margaret Maclin Obituary
Margaret was born on Nov. 18, 1930, as a lifelong resident of Petersburg, Va. She attended Petersburg Public Schools.
She leaves behind one daughter, Vera Maclin; one son, Levi McKenzie; three grandchildren, Veronica Maclin, Lamont Maclin and Monica Maclin; three devoted sisters, Vivian Martin and Berthel Washington both of Petersburg, Va., and Mary Bates of Maplewood, N.J.; one devoted brother, Robert Maddox of Birmingham Ala.; one uncle and aunt, Walter White of Petersburg, Va., and Ruth Kincaid of Texas; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to cherish her memory.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009, at the chapel of J. M. Wilkerson Funeral Establishment, Inc., 102 South Ave., Petersburg, Va., with the Rev. Deloris Maddox, officiating. Interment to follow at Wilkerson Memorial Cemetery.
