My Condolenses to the Rashed family. When I found out that Maryam had past, my heart became sadden and my eyes filled with tears. Maryam kept my son, Dante when he was young. I did not see her very often, but she will be missed. Her spirit, laugh, smile and creativity. If there is anything that I can do, please let me know. Yahweh will see you through this appointed time. Love Yvonne, Dante and Trey.

To Loretha, Latif, and Dawan, Know that she's in a better place. Know that God makes no mistakes. No more pain and suffering. My heart and prayers go out to all of you. I loved her like she was my own mom. I pray that God will give all of you the strength, wisdom and courage to continue on during this difficult time, the way that she would want you all to go. I know it's hard right now, but God is a good God, he can heal all wounds. And for my Goddaughter Angel, D Bo and Quana, be strong and know that your grandmother is in heaven, rejoicing and watching over you. She's your guardian angel now. Love you all.
