Mrs. Morton and Kirk: Mom and Dad told me of the tragedy on Friday. I'm truly sorry for your loss. There are people in one's life that have a life long impact and Mr. Morton was one of those to me. As my Cubmaster and Webelos Den Leader (Pack 174) he put my feet on a path that eventually lead to my becoming an Eagle Scout in Troop 175, and said accomplishment litterally paving the way for all the good things that came in the rest of my life. His treasures were surely awaiting him. God bless you all. Bill Vaughan, CAPT, CEC, USN, Naval Station Mayport Florida
