Retha Whorley Obituary
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Richard Marvin Whorley; a son, William J. (Jamie) Merhout of Prince George; special friends, Phillip and Terry White; numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010, in the Colonial Heights chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, with the Rev. Ivan Perkinson officiating. Interment to follow in Blandford Cemetery, Petersburg. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Condolences may be registered at www.ealvinsmall.com.
