Ms. Roberta L. Felder affectionately known as "Babysis," slept into eternal peace after a lengthy ill on Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013, at Southside Regional Medical Center, Petersburg.

Roberta was born Aug. 22, 1956, to the late Annie Mae Mosby Lee Spencer and Clarence Edward Lee Jr. She was also preceded in death by: her husband, Abraham Felder; three brothers, Randolph, Melvin, and Robert Lee, and one sister, JoAnn McKensie.
She was a member of Calvary Temple Church, Petersburg, and a retired employee of Antiarc, Inc.
Surviving is: her devoted sons, Abraham Felder (Nicole), Derrick Massenburg, and Tim Massenburg; the apple of her eye, her grandson, Abraham; devoted sister, Annette Thorne and her son, Sherman Thorne (Shvon); two brothers, Bennie Sr. (Bernice) and Larry Lee (Jannette); two brothers-in-law, Patrick McKensie and Sherman Thorne; five sisters-in-law, one devoted, Sylvia Lee; six aunts, Carrie Booker, devoted Ruth Coleman (Herman), Linda Lewis (Rite), Alberta Jones (James), Mable Lewis (Charlie), and Margaret Surley (Irvin); six uncles, Claiborne, Dennis, John, Thomas (Lisa), Gerald Mosby (Bobbie) and Albert Lee; devoted friend, Lawrence Dodson and Mr. Brown; and host of other relatives; and friends.
Special thanks to her caregivers at Personal Touch, Veronica Pettiford and Lakeisha Thorpe, We Care Transportation, Dr. Ahmid, Dr. V-Jay and the Liberty Dialysis staff.
Services for Ms. Roberta L. Felder will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, 2013, at the Chapel of J.M. Wilkerson Funeral Establishment Inc., 102 South Ave., Petersburg, the Rev. Herbert Holly II, pastor of St. John Baptist Church, Stony Creek, eulogist. Interment to follow at the Lewis Family Cemetery.
Honorary and active pallbearers are asked to assemble at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral establishment.
