On 10/25/1937, Frank Jones Sr. and Beatrice Miles Jones was blessed with their fourth-born, a baby girl whom they named Ruby Lee Jones. Once she was of age, Ruby attended grade school at Peabody in Petersburg Va. She retired from Southside Virginia Training Center in 1995. Upon retirement, she decided to become a personal caregiver, providing one-on-one care in the homes of ones in need. Her many years of missionary work, goes without saying, provided blessings to all she touched. As a devoted member to Mount Level Baptist Church she held many positions and wore many hats. While they were all of importance to her ushering and hospitality was her passion. Ruby also took on many hobbies over the years to keep busy, gardening, sewing and cooking. However, it was the time she spent supporting her children and grandchildren that top them all.
