My condolences go out to you and your family. I have fond memories of my youthful friendship with Steve. I knew him from elementary, through high school. Often I think of our adventures together, especially while attending a program called "Upward Bound". We would walk from Virginia State, using the rail road tracks to our homes, often stopping at my grandfathers store for a snack. Right now, I recall many memories, that make me laugh. Steve's humor and wit was second to none. He also had a strong sense of compassion and justice. He was a good friend that you could count on. My prayers are with you, take hope GOD, through Christ, has prepared a plan and a way, we will see our loved ones again!
