Dearest Angie and Family. Lou and I just heard today about Wilbur's passing. We are so sorry to hear of your loss. Our prayers go out to you and your family. May the Lord comfort you and your family during this difficult time. Wilbur was always so upbeat and pleasant. We know you will miss him. Lord Bless You. They say to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Though this may not hold a lot of comfort in the loss of your loved one at this moment I believe that God's peace will carry you through. I pray much for the entire O'Neal family. I was a classmate of Wilbur's(PHS 73). He was a fun loving, special person and a good friend. I know our entire class has fond memories of him.
