Mr. William Beverly Seward, "Man," 56, of 3917 Woodfield Road, North Chesterfield, departed this life on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, at his residence.

He was born on June 5, 1956, to the late Beverly Seward and Emma Mae Williams Jackson.
Mr. Seward was a graduate of Dinwiddie High School and was a cement finisher at at Virginia Concrete and I.P.K.
He was a member of First Baptist, West Petersburg.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, William B. Hill; sisters, Betty Garris and Sandra Seward; and brothers, George Crenshaw and Ricky Seward.
Left to cherish his memory are: his wife, Andrea Seward of Petersburg; sons, Avres Seward (Shannon) and Demariae Mann Mason; brothers, Bernard Seward and Christopher Seward; sisters, Inez Stith, Patricia Seward and Bonnie Belcher; devoted grandchildren, Avres E. Seward, Jala D. Pettaway and Rachell Taylor; two aunts, Beatrice Williams, Margaret Seward; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, among them devoted, Sandra Stith.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012, at First Baptist Church, West Petersburg. The pastor, the Rev. Peter Jeffery, will officiate. Interment Mt. Sinai Community Cemetery, Prince George. The family is asked to assemble at the church at 1:30 p.m. on the day of the service.
