Paul Aime Lafleur, 67, of Hopewell, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012.

Mr. Lafleur served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam; and he later joined the Air Force. He retired from Fort Lee after 20 plus years of working for the U.S. government. Mr. Lafleur enjoyed building and making things out of wood; painting; and his cats.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Aime and Marie Archambeault Lafleur; father-in-law; Graham Brockwell; mother-in-law, Gladys Brockwell; sister-in-law, Linda Hobbs; and brother-in-law, Bobby Hobbs.
Mr. Lafleur is survived by his wife, Judy Lafleur; and his extended family in Massachusetts.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012, at the Hopewell Chapel of J.T. Morriss & Son Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 26, 2012, at Appomattox Cemetery, with Bishop Troy Kaichen officiating.
