Ms. Lottie Mae Penn was born on Aug. 9, 1924, and departed on Friday, May 2, 2014, at Waverly Health Care Center in Waverly.

Lottie was the daughter of the late John and Emily Twine of Surry County. She was preceded in death by: her only son, John Penn Jr.; her three brothers; and three sisters.

Lottie is survived by: one daughter, Sylvia Mason and son-in-law, Larry Mason Sr. of Prince George; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces; nephew; cousins; and friends.

Lottie Mae Penn beloved mother, grandmother, and friend will truly be miss by all who knew and love her.

Services for Ms. Lottie M. Penn will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at the Chapel of J.M. Wilkerson Funeral Establishment Inc., 102 South Ave., Petersburg, the Rev. Steve Thomas eulogist. The interment to follow at Roselawn Cemetery, Glen Allen.

The family will receive friends at 6800 Bullhill Road, Prince George.
