Kelly, Jacqueline - Glocester  
KELLY, JACQUELINE C. 70, of Edgewood Road died November 11, 2014. She was the wife of the late Michael J. Kelly. She is survived by her daughters, Cheryl Anger of Warren and Christine Reed of Denver, CO; six grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a fourth on the way; siblings, Eileen Gomez and Patrick Doyle. Sister of the late John Doyle. The Kelly family will gather Monday, November 24 at 1pm at the RI Veteran's Cemetery. Kitson, Robert - Glocester  
KITSON, ROBERT H. 82, of Blackinton Drive died Monday, November 17, 2014 in the comfort his home, surrounded by his loving and devoted family. He was the husband of Deborah E. (Nevin) Kitson. They celebrated their 57th anniversary in February. Born in Cranston, he was a son of the late John F. and Dorothy R. (Girard) Kitson. Mr. Kitson was an Army veteran of the Korean War and was the owner of Christy's Liquors, Inc. in Glocester until his retirement in 1997. He was the former owner of Christy's Liquors in Cranston. He is also survived by his children, Robert and his wife Claudia of Greene, Kevin and his wife Lisa of Chepachet, Kerri Pezzullo and her husband David of Harrisville, Linda Corkum and her husband Todd of Port St. Lucie, FL; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and a brother, Raymond W. Kitson of Chepachet. He was the brother of the late John F. "Jack" and Richard J. Kitson and Jean T. Oliver. Funeral Saturday at 9:30am in the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville, RI. Burial in Acotes Hill Cemetery. Visitation Friday 4-7pm. Lucas, Mary - Smithfield  
LUCAS, MARY M. (ROBINSON), 70, went to her eternal reward Monday, November 17, 2014 at St. Antoine's Residence after a fifteen month battle with heart disease. She was the beloved wife of David F. Lucas for 51 years. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Neil and Mary (Manchester) Robinson. Mrs. Lucas was a professor of European history at R.I. College for 31 years before retiring. While a student at RIC she was a contestant on the TV show College Bowl. Besides her husband David, she was the mother of Jon W. Lucas and his wife Lorraine of Narragansett and Christine A. Branch and her husband Scott of Mapleville. She was the sister of Karen Graham and grandmother of Nicole, Megan and Jesse. Her funeral will be held Monday at 12PM from the TUCKER-QUINN Funeral Chapel, 643 Putnam Ave. (Rt.44) Greenville, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 1PM in St. Thomas Church, 65 Fruit Hill Ave., Providence. Mabray, Eunice - Providence  
MABRAY, EUNICE (LIMA) 89 of Providence, RI returned to the Lord peacefully at home on November 14th after a brief battle with lung cancer. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the Joao Silver Lima, Sr. and the late Joaquina Monterio Lima. She was the Mother of the late Michael Mabray and Stuart Mabray. Eunice retired from Brown University where she worked as the administrative assistant of the psychology department. She also had worked as a medical secretary of the new Jane Brown wing of RI Hospital and the first person of color to be employed by Bulova in Providence. Eunice was a graduate of Hope High and a Eucharistic Minister of Holy Name Parish. She loved reading and Cape Verdian music. Eunice leaves two Sisters; Paulina Lima of East Providence and Carol Lima of Woonsocket and a Brother, Winston Lima of Cranston. She was the Sister of the late John Lima, Jr., Marie Leitao, Sidney Lima, William Lima, Lillian Valles, and Juanita Lima. Eunice has returned to the God she so loved and a memorial Mass will be held on November 29th at Holy Name Church, 99 Camp St., Providence at 11AM, followed by a reception at the Cape Verdian Club.

Macera, Anne - Cranston  
MACERA, ANNE ELIZABETH (BARONE) 87, of Cranston, passed away on Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at Morgan Health Center, Johnston. She was the beloved wife of Fred P. Macera for 63 years. Born in Johnston, a daughter of the late Peter and Mary Barone. Mrs. Macera worked in the payroll department at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence for about 11 years until her retirement, and previously worked at Hospital Trust Bank in Providence. Anne is survived by her loving daughter Katherine Morgan of Florida, a dear sister of Rose Cimino of Cranston, the late Alfred and Peter Barone. Her funeral will be held on Monday at 9:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Rocco's Church, Johnston. Magner, Edmond - East Greenwich  
MAGNER, EDMOND, P. 89, passed away November 21, 2014. He is survived by his wife of 63 years M. Theresa (Gamache) Magner. Born in Pascoag, RI he was a son of the late Edmond and Cora (Tessier) Magner. Mr. Magner worked for Hanover Insurance, Providence Washington Insurance and retired as Vice President of Metropolitan P&C Insurance Company. He was a US Army WWII veteran with the rank of sergeant severing with the 75th Infantry. He fought in the Battle of the Bulge and was a recipient of the Bronze Star and Purple Heart. He was a 1948 graduate of Providence College, a 1950 graduate of Georgetown University and was a former president of the EG Library Board. Beside his wife he is survived by two children James C. Magner of Framingham, MA and Jean A. Cloutier of Agawam, MA, and his grandson James C. Magner, Jr. and his loving daughter-in-law Martha Magner. Funeral Tuesday at 9:00 am from the Hill Funeral Home, 822 Main St., E. Greenwich with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 65 Third St., E. Greenwich. Burial with military honors will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, E. Greenwich. Calling hours: Monday 5-7 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

MAHER, DENIS C. 72, a retired carpenter for Local 94 and Local 608, passed away Sunday, November 23, 2014 at home. He was the beloved husband of Gertrude "Trudy" (Healy) Maher. Born in Ballyragget, Kilkenny, Ireland, he was the son of the late John and Kathleen (Ryan) Maher. Denis was the loving father of Sean P. Maher, Denis J. Maher, Siobhain M. Sullivan, and the late Joseph Maher. Loving grandfather of Cody, Conor, Kate-Lynn, Kaylee-Ana, Riley, Declan, and Joseph. He was the brother of Joseph Maher and the late Fr. Sean Maher, Joan Meally and Patrick Maher. His funeral will be held Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at 8:45 am from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in SS Peter & Paul Church, Highland Street, West Warwick. Malark, Kenneth - Warwick  
MALARK, KENNETH E. 87, formerly of Island Street, died Thursday at the home of his daughter. Born in Ellenburg, NY, a son of the late John and Pearl H. (Grimshaw) Malark, he had been a Warwick resident since 1965. Mr. Malark was a cable tester for the Ansonia Wire Company for forty-three years before retiring in 1991. He was a WWII Army Veteran. Mr. Malark enjoyed gardening and was an avid fisherman. He leaves a daughter, Deborah R. Singh of Seekonk, MA; two sons, Daniel P. Malark of Lincoln and Terry B. Malark of Coventry; a brother, Morris Malark of North Providence; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Luella Conrardy, Beulah Guay, Loretta Byrd, L. Frances Baker, Bernard J. Malark and Robert Malark. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11 A.M. in the Frank P. Trainor & Sons Funeral Home, 982 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Calling Hours Monday 5-8 P.M.
