FRANCES GRILLI Obituary

GRILLI, FRANCES M. (MARTINO), 93, of Rankin Path, North Smithfield, passed away Friday, September 11, 2009 at South County Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in North Kingstown. She was the beloved wife for 72 years of the late John J. Grilli.

Born in, Providence, the daughter of the late Michael and Maria (Zona) Martino, she moved to Greenville in 1955 and resided in North Smithfield since 1965. She was the devoted mother of John Grilli of West Greenwich and Michael R. Grilli of Vero Beach, FL; loving grandmother of Sharon Wainman, Sheryl Greene, Lauren Grilli, Michael S. Grilli, Lisa Ruggiero, Steven F. Grilli and David M. Grilli; loving great-grandmother of seven; and dear sister of the late Al and Joseph Martino.

Her funeral will be held Friday at 9:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston St., Cranston at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
