Kellie, A quick stop by today for a late breakfast. I was so saddened to hear the news from you. I only had the pleasure of meeting your mom twice. From the moment I met her at the diner, through my Linda who your mom had met a few years back, we three had some good laughs. Joyce and you made us feel right at home. After Linda passed I saw your mom once more during a stop by for breakfast. She gave me her card and said, "whenever you're in FL, give a call and stop by for a cocktail!" I regret not having taken her up on that invitation as I'm sure we would have had many laughs and great conversation! Keep on keepin' on with the diner, I may not get up there often, but I SO enjoy the warm welcome when I do stop by. May God Bless Joyce, you and your family.

Dear Kelly, we are so sad to hear of your loss. your Mom was ONE SPECIAL LADY, full of love and laughter. I remember when I first met her and and how excited she was buying the condo. She added fun and laughs wherever she went and was so bubbly all the time. she will live in our hearts and we know how lucky we are that our paths crossed. The world has a little less sparkle and giggle without Joyce in it. She provided so much laughter and joy to those around her. We will all miss her, but nowhere near as much as my mom will. So sorry for your loss Kellie, Robin and Raymond.

Joyce was a classmate & a neighbor growing up.
Just a few weeks now I visited the Jefferson Diner & Joyce's daughter called her Mom &Joyce & I chatted she invited me to visit, Now it is too late to visit my good friend.

To Joyce's Family, Sylvia and I were so lucky to have just happened to have lived in the same community as your incredible mother. She made us smile and laugh all the time and her wisdom was bar none the best. Our hearts cracked when she decided to sell her place in Florida however she was so happy to move home. But today hearing of her passing, our hearts are now completely broken. Thank you for sharing Joycie with u s we loved her so. So sorry for your loss. Our love, Jeri and Sylvia.
