David Crossley Obituary

CROSSLEY, DAVID R., 55, passed away at home on Saturday, June 4, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Vicki (Bartis) Crossley; father of Haley Crossley of Coventry and the brother of Mark Crossley, whose wife is Robin, of Coventry. He was predeceased by his brother Wayne Crossley. Born in Warwick, a son of the late Raymond and Dorothy (Johnson) Crossley, David served as a paratrooper with the United States Army 82nd Airborne. For the past ten years he worked as a maintenance supervisor at the Kent Center in Warwick. He previously had worked as a ship fitter at EB in Quonset. His passion was finished carpentry. David was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. To have known David is to have enjoyed his quick wit and humor. We will all miss him immensely. His life will be celebrated at calling hours held on Tuesday, June 7 from 3:00-6:00 PM at Carpenter-Jenks Funeral Home & Crematory, 659 East Greenwich Avenue, West Warwick.
