John, Deb, Matt, Sara, Susan, Nancy and family, Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time. We are truly "weeping with those who weep" right now. We so enjoyed all the times that we spent at the Houghton Homestead, sharing Christmas Open Houses, Summer Golf and sharing birthdays with so many of you at the Houghton House. We'll wipe away our tears and always remember with a smile, all the times we spent with Dorothy and Raymond and the rest of your family. She was always so gracious and welcoming to everyone who entered her home. We're thankful that a part of Dorothy lives in each one of you! Love, Karen & Steve

What a loss this is. We loved her for herself, her lovely gardens, her kindness. The pain of her long illness is over. We are thankful that she was part of our lives.

Our family is richer for having had Aunt Dorothy. We will miss her so. The western Houghtons grieve with the eastern Houghtons at the passing of this lady who was so important to all of us
