To The Henseler Family,

My deepest sympathies to you all. John was a wonderful man. His job ethics was something we all should strive to achieve. His wit and stories always made us chuckle. He will be greatly missed. May your memories give you comfort in this difficult time and I hope knowing that others think of him with such high esteem also helps with the loss of your father, grandfather.

Henseler Family...I first met John when I starting officiating BB at the OLP gym in Warwick Neck...he was always friendly and supportive in my early years of officiating...he was a real gentlemen, on and off the court. Over my many years of officiating I would see John and he always went out of his way to say hello...then when I went to BHHS to teach,he continued to give back to the game by scoring for many years...his legacy of caring and acting in a Christian manner will live on...my sincere sympathy to his family and I hope my prayers bring you comfort and peace...God Bless you, Bob Fuoroli

To the Henseler Family,
Please accept our condolences during this difficult time. We have worked with John for many years and will truly miss his sense of humor, wit, smile, and dedication to his work. He loved to tell us stories about his kids and grandkids, show off pictures of his beloved grandchildren, and he would always stop us in the hallway to ask how our kids were doing. John's funny quips and sayings are legendary and will be used by his co-workers for years to come.
With deepest sympathy,

Please accept my condolences. I last saw Mr. Henseler at an Easter Celebration this past spring in which he had big smile for me as well as a good story to share with the group. I will remember him for the sincere and friendly personality he displayed every time I saw him, but particularly I will remember his positive attitude on that Easter day.
I am very sorry that I will miss his services, but my thoughts and prayers are with the entire Henseler family.

Sean, Warren, Tim and Family,

I can't tell you how truly saddened Jimmy and I were to learn of your dad's passing. What a great man he was! Last time I saw your dad was at a Hawks/Hope JV game, and Jimmy was coaching his "Blue Waves" against his beloved "Hawks." Your dad spotted me in the bleaches and, always the gentleman, came right over and filled me in on how you three and your families were. He was so proud of all of you, as was your mom. I miss her every day here "Under the Dome." They were quite a couple.

I know they are at peace now with each other in heaven. Please know that Jimmy and I will keep you all in our prayers. God Bless,

I am very saddened to learn of your father's passing. I shall pray for your strength through this very difficult time. I am happy to say that some of my best baseball memories were from the summer of '81 when he managed our Babe Ruth team. Thank you Mr. Henseler.

Sean, Warren, Tim & Family:

Our condolences on your Dad's passing. We are very disappointed that we are in California awaiting the birth of twins and will not be able to be present for the Mass & memorial service.

We will always cherish the times over the past 12 years or so that we spent with both your Dad & Mom. The trips to Green Bay, South Bend & Camden Yard will always be some of my best memories and will remain with me always.

John was one of the most sincere, honest, kind and genuine people whom we have ever met.

The world is a better place for him having been in it, and a lesser place for him leaving it.

As long as he remains in our hearts and our minds, he will always be with us.

I'm sure that the Lord has put him to work already - he'll be put in charge of the weather!

Once again, we are very disappointed that we can't be at home to share your Dad's life with you.

You & your family are in our thoughts and our prayers.

To the Henseler family,
Please accept our deepest condolences. My husband and I both had the pleasure of working with John at CVS. He was a true gentleman and a wonderful colleague. I will always remember how, in the days leading up to our wedding, John assured me that the weather would be great for the big day (the forecast was calling for rain). Sure enough, there wasn't a cloud in the sky that day! I still believe John pulled some strings to make that happen! Thank you for the sunny day, John. I'm sure you'll be sending many more from heaven. May you rest in peace.
