GALLONIO, MICHAEL, 90, passed away January 28th. He was the husband of Madeline M. (Marino) Gallonio for 61 years. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Giovanni and Theresa (Minutillo) Gallonio; and brother of the late Victoria Cardillo, Anthony and John Gallonio. Besides his wife, he is survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Michael retired from the State of RI, Department of Health. He was a WWII Army Veteran and a member of the V.F.W. Lymansville Post 10011. Visitation and funeral will be held on Saturday, 8:30-9:30 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Road, Johnston. Graveside burial with military honors will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. pontarellimarinofunerals.com
