Rose M. "Rosie" (Bruscato) Carbone Obituary
CARBONE, ROSE "ROSIE" M. (BRUSCATO)
age 92, of East Providence, passed away on July 11, 2018 in Philip Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Guido Carbone.
Born in Barrington, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (DiOrio) Bruscato.
In addition to being a homemaker and loving caregiver to her late husband and four children, Mrs. Carbone had previously been employed at RI Lace Works in Barrington for several years.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially loved going to Twin River Casino with her son Michael.
She is survived by one daughter, Evelyn San Antonio and her husband Anthony of Florida; three sons, Joseph and his wife Carol of E. Providence, Michael Carbone and his girlfriend, Patricia De Santis of Riverside and Anthony Carbone and his friend Paul Sousa of Bristol; four grandchildren, Michael San Antonio, Melissa, Michael, and Jason Carbone; ten great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Piper, Emily, Sara and Brooke San Antonio, Victoria and Giana Carbone, Caden Coupe, Nealeigh, Ava Valentina and Brandon Carbone; daughter-in-law, Maryanne Carbone; her loving niece, Karen Bruscato Di Salvo and many additional nieces and nephews. She was the grandmother to the late Michelle San Antonio and sister of the late Anna Lou Ballirano, Frank and John Bruscato.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 10:00 AM from the Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home, 615 Main St, Warren, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. Brendan's Church, 60 Turner Ave., Riverside. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours will be Friday 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Burial private.
