Dean was a wonderful person. I'm so sad to hear about his death. I was just asking about him to someone a couple of months ago. We've all been to "Dean's" at one time or another if you came from Fox Point. R.I.P. Dean.

Dean was a quiet gentleman who I remember putting up with us as we went in and out of Dean's Variety. We were just a bunch of young teens that made that are little stomping grounds. He always tried us with kindness. May you Rest in Peace Dean.

Deana & Robert, Like many others have said, Uncle Dean was truly a good person. I grew up looking up to him. he gave me advice, took me to see my first movie, offered me his home when I had no place to go, and those are just some of the things he did for me. he was always ready to help anyone. And everyone respected and looked up to him. I will miss uncle Dean, and should you ever need anything at all, just let me know and Ill be there.
