I remember this wonderful, friendly man from the time that I was a small child and he delivered our mail on Scrafford Street.
I also remember Mr Montague from the firehouse and always at Cressler's, always so friendly with his very pleasant smile. People like this will be missed in Shippensburg.

Dear Bonnie and Nancy
I have so many happy memories sitting on your front porch watching the fireworks on the 4th of July. Budd would sit in the living room watching and would time the fireworks. When they were over we would ask "how long were they?" Budd would tell us the exact minutes, then he would add "not as long as last year." That always made us laugh.
Remember the birthday parties and Pizza Hut Pizza Budd liked so much.
