Brett W. Warren Obituary
Brett W. Warren, age 26 of Chambersburg, parted to be with Our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, July 17, 2012. He was born Thursday, January 2, 1986 in Chambersburg, the son of Ellen L. (Guyer) Lake and step-father Calvin L. Lake and David W. Warren of all Shippensburg. Brett attended Shippensburg High School with the Class of 2004. He began taking online business classes at Ashford University. He was employed by Domestic Castings of Shippensburg for two years. He previously attended Prince Street United Brethren Church in Shippensburg. Brett enjoyed fishing, skateboarding, camping, cooking, swimming, video games, baseball and making pottery. He also had a special gift for poetry. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his companion, Melissa R. Powell of Chambersburg, brother, Joshua A. Warren, Shippensburg, half-brother, Christopher Warren of Shippensburg, step-sister, Tabitha Lake and step-brother, William L. Lake, both of Fayetteville; paternal grandmother, Delores Warren of Shippensburg, maternal grandmother, Janet Tarner of Shippensburg, and step-grandmother, Betty Lake of Orrstown. He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Harry Warren Sr., maternal grandfather, Herbert Guyer, step-grandfathers Dick Tarner and Leroy Lake and numerous nieces and nephews. Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. Funeral Services will be held 10:30 AM on Monday, July 23 at Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, 51 Asper Dr., Shippensburg with Rev. Jim Bolich, Jr. officiating. Interment will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, July 22 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
