Grace Virginia Grissinger, 80, formerly of Hustontown, PA and more recently a resident of the Long Term Care unit of the Fulton County Medical Center, McConnellsburg, PA died Tuesday afternoon, November 20, 2012 at the medical center. Born July 1, 1932, in Taylor Township, Fulton County, she was the daughter of the late Clarence E. and Ruth (College) Kesselring. She was married to Warren M. Grissinger on June 20, 1956. Mr. Grissinger preceded her in death on March 13, 1999. Mrs. Grissinger is survived by one son, Todd W. Grissinger of Mercersburg, PA. There are two grandchildren, Tonya Marie Grissinger and Tyler John Grissinger. A sister, Shirley Yingling, McConnellsburg and a brother, Harry Kesselring, Elmira, NY also survive. Two brothers are deceased. Mrs. Grissinger had attended the Evangel Assembly of God Church, McConnellsburg, PA. She was a 1952 graduate of Hustontown High School. Mrs. Grissinger had worked 20 years at the Howard Johnson's Restaurant on the Pennsylvania Turnpike with 18 years as Assistant Manager. She had worked at Sagner's in McConnellsburg and at Huston Sportswear in Hustontown. In addition, she had worked at the Fulton County Tourist Promotion Agency and the Fulton County Library. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 25, 2012 at the M. R. Brown Funeral Home, Hustontown, PA with Pastor Richard Bernhard officiating. Interment will be in Cherry Grove Cemetery, RD, Three Springs, PA. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7-9:00 PM on Saturday and one hour prior to the services on Sunday.
