Marion Louise Seidel Angle, 87, of Chambersburg, died June 24, 2012. Born May 30, 1925, in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late John G. and Kathryn Louise Fetterman Seidel. Marion was the most beautiful, patient, helpful, understanding wife and mother that a husband and children could ever have. She was a member of the First United Methodist church, Chambersburg and formerly of St. Paul's Methodist Church of Hazleton. She taught Sunday school in the Junior Department and the Alda Bower Class for over fifty years. Mrs. Angle was a member of The United Methodist Women and served as its President and held various other offices on church committees including President of the Board of Trustees and delegate to the annual conference. She was also a teacher in Vacation Bible School and youth fellowship. A 1943 graduate of Hazleton High School and a graduate of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing of Philadelphia as a Registered Nurse. She was a private duty nurse at Geisinger Hospital Dannville, and school nurse for the Chambersburg School District as well as a volunteer for the American Red Cross Blood Bank as a Registered Nurse. She married Glenn W. Angle December 27, 1951 in Hazleton. In addition to her husband, Glenn W., she is survived by her two sons, Douglas L. and wife Katie of Bridgewater, N.J., Mark R. and wife Kathy of Lancaster; five grand-daughters; Kimberly Angle, San Francisco, Ca., Kelly Angle, Grand Rapids, Mich., Kristen Angle, Lancaster, and Laura and Alena Angle, Bridgewater, N.J.; a brother, George H. Seidel, Chula Vista, Ca.; and eight nieces and nephews. Marion is reunited with her two predeceased sons, Wayne Gregory who died at birth and Glenn V. who went to live with his Lord April 4, 2012. Funeral Service will be 1 p.m. on Saturday June 30, 2012 at the First United Methodist Church Chambersburg with the Rev. Richard Williams officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior in the church. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church Building Fund 225 S.
