Rosemary Zullinger, 59, of Shippensburg, died on the morning of Wednesday, November 28, 2012, at the Chambersburg Hospital. She was born on May 13, 1953, in Norfolk, Va., a daughter of the late John Richard and Martha Catherine Eshpeter Zullinger. Rosemary was very accomplished academically, culminating with earning her Masters Degree in Reading, from Shippensburg University. Rosemary was employed by the Susquehanna Township School District at the Sarah Lindenmouth Elementary School, where she worked for fifteen years, before her retirement in 2007. She was a member of the Oscar M. Hykes American Legion Post #223, Shippensburg, and enjoyed gardening and reading. Rosemary is survived by her son, John Jacob Zullinger of Shippensburg; her brother, James T. Zullinger of Amberson; and her sister, Marfie J. Murphy of Randalstown, Md. Funeral services will be held privately. The Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, Inc., Shippensburg, has been entrusted with her funeral arrangements.
