Obituary Condolences

Anna K. Rock, 91, of Chambersburg, died on Saturday May 22, 2010 at home. Born July 28, 1918 in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of the late Denton M. and Edith Oberholzer Berger.
A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Chambersburg, Anna is survived by five daughters; Norma M. Ricker, wife of Walter, M. Lavonne Fields, Judith A. Peiffer, and Donna J. Brown, wife of Barry all of Chambersburg and Nancy Graver of Spring Grove, PA and one son F. Lamar Rock of Fishers, IN. She is also survived by two sisters, Edith Miller and Beulah Harshman, both of Greencastle, 37 grandchildren, 109 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great grandchildren.
Anna was preceded in death by one daughter, Brenda E. Rock; five grandchildren, Carla and Carol Spidel, Laurel Fields, Isaiah Smith and one great grandson Jonathan Ricker. She was also preceded in death by four sisters and five brothers.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 AM on Saturday May 29, 2010 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 50 Ragged Edge Road Chambersburg. Bishop Peiffer will officiate. Interment will immediately follow in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
