Patti Ann (Moyer) Kirkpatrick, 56, of Chambersburg and formerly of Silverdale, PA, died Thursday, October 25, 2012, at her home. She was the wife of Steven "Jerry" Kirkpatrick. The couple had celebrated their 39th Wedding Anniversary on June 30, 2012. Born in Lansdale, she was the daughter of Walter K. and Mary Ellen (Rush) Moyer of Silverdale. A Licensed Practical Nurse, she was most recently employed by Moffitt Heart and Vascular of Chambersburg. After working in the medical services field for 20 years she retired in 2010. Patti was a member of Falling Spring Presbyterian Church, Chambersburg, where she taught Vacation Bible School. She also was active with the Women's Bible Study. She was a former member of the Calvary Church of Souderton, Souderton, and St. John's United Church of Christ, Coopersburg. Patti volunteered with "Release Time", a Bible study for elementary school children, as well as Camp Joy El, Greencastle. She enjoyed reading and taking trips to the beach, but most of all, she enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. Surviving with her husband and parents are a son, Shaun J. Kirkpatrick and his wife Emily, of Philadelphia; two daughters, Erin L. Griffiths and her husband Greg, of Mechanicsburg, and Megan A. Neuhart and her husband Greg, of Pittsburgh; a grand-daughter, Olivia Patti Griffiths; and a brother, Terry Moyer and his wife Tina, of Bethlehem. Her funeral services will be held Thursday, November 1, 2012, at 11 a.m. in Calvary Church of Souderton, 820 Route 113, Souderton, where family and friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery, Perkasie, Pa. Memorial services will also be held at the Presbyterian Church of Falling Spring, Chambersburg. Date and times will be announced in the near future. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Camp Joy El Ministries, 3741 Joy-El Drive, Greencastle, PA 17225 ( Arrangements are by the Bernard Suess Funeral Home, 606 Arch St., Perkasie.
