News Death Notice

PERGRAM, David Scott age 52, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at Anderson Mercy Hospital. He was born July 26, 1958 in Middletown and lived here all his life. He graduated from Monroe High School in 1976 and was active in Junior Achievement while in school. After leaving school he became a journeyman patternmaker. He had owned and operated Creative Iron Works in Middletown, and was previously employed as a metal fabricator for B.A.E. He was a member of the Porsche Club of America and attended Berachah Baptist Church. Preceding him in death were his father, Gordon "Gordie" Pergram and son, Tyler Scott Pergram in 2007. He is survived by his adoring and loving wife, Sheila (Gray) Pergram; mother, Hazel Lee Pergram; daughters, Malorie and Kaitlyn; brothers, Larry Pergram, wife Carla, and Doug Pergram; nephew, Matthew Pergram; niece, Jessica Pergram; step-son, David Downey, wife Tracy; sisters-in-law, Linda Kramer, husband Ted, Regina Karle, husband Richard, and Angela Mohler, husband Neil; and brothers-in-law, Wayne Gray and Debbie Moore, and Danny Gray, wife Nancy. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 25, 2010 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. at the Breiel Boulevard First Church of God, 2000 North Breiel Boulevard, Middletown, followed by funeral services at 2:00 p.m. with Doctor Eric Newell officiating. Interment will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Poasttown, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to Breiel Boulevard First Church of God, 2000 North Breiel Boulevard, Middletown, Ohio 45042.
