Robert "Bobby" Chor, Jr.

Passed away peacefully at his home on January 19, 2012. He was born August 18, 1938 in Morgan Town, West Virginia and was a 66-year resident of San Pedro. Bobby graduated from San Pedro High School, summer class of 1956 and was a Coast Guard veteran. He owned and operated Chapman Avenue Car Wash in Garden Grove. He was a lifetime member of the San Pedro Elks Lodge #966 and was a member of the Lions Club of Garden Grove. He was an avid golfer and tennis player and loved to dance but his very favorite pastime was cooking for his family and friends. Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Millie; his sons, Robert J. (Lori) Chor III and Lance (Sandra) Chor; daughter, Monique (Jeff) Modica; mother, Emma Chor; sister, Jeanie (Tom) Mardesich; grandchildren, Justin, Lauren, Jacquelyn, Kaitlyn, Robert J. Chor, IV, Alexandria, Ashleigh, Devyon, Kaia, Vincent, Anthony and Mila; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
