Bobbie Stottlemire (Barbara Iacono)February 25, 1938 - July 4, 2018Born on February 25, 1938 in San Pedro to Catherine and Vince Iacono (deceased) and passed away on July 4, 2018. She is also pre-deceased by her two brothers Vince Jr. and Anthony (Ike) Iacono and her loving husband of 59 years Bob. Bobbie is survived and will be missed by her loving daughter Cathy (Cricket) Stone and son-in-law Shawn and her most precious and treasured granddaughter Ella.She will also be missed by nieces and nephews, Anthony and Rose Iacono, David and Sophie Iacono, Brandi Rose Torres, Tina Rostos, Anthony and Jessica Iacono and many cousins and friends along with her faithful companion Mel Silverman.Bobbie worked for the Long Beach Naval Shipyard for 15 years and retired from the Los Angeles Air Force Base in 2008 after 28 years of federal service.She was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary Lomita VFW Branch 1622, NARFE Branch 0021 Long Beach. She also belonged to the Carson Senior Center Club where she had great memories of playing Bingo and trips to the casinos. She enjoyed life and all people she met. She will be truly missed. Her memorial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 4th at 1:00pm at Saint Margaret Mary Parish in Lomita, Ca . Per her wishes, she will be put to rest next to her husband Bob at Riverside Military Cemeteryon August [email protected]:00.
