Carolyn Margaret McKinley Seaberg Carolyn Seaberg, 86, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, January 7, 2019 in Vernon Hills, Illinois. Carolyn was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, grew up in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, and attended the University of Minnesota to study dental hygiene. She married her high school sweetheart, Dick, and they were married for over 60 years. She is survived by her eldest son, Rick Seaberg who resides in Wayzata, Minnesota, with his wife, Carol and their sons, Vance and Brent; her middle son, David Seaberg who resides in Akron, Ohio, with his wife, Carol and their sons, Ryan and Tyler; and her daughter, Diane Laudati who resides in Lincolnshire, Illinois, with her husband, Marco and their sons, Marco and Giorgio. She is also survived by her nephew, Stephen Perkins, and niece, Jennifer Fagerberg. Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, Dick Seaberg in 2014, her brother, Greg and sister, Judy. Carolyn was a loving wife and mother. She was involved in many activities including being President of the Edina, Minnesota PTA; Montessori Mothers President; member of the Edina, Minnesota Historical Society; President of the Edina Viking Hills Homeowners' Association and being a Sunday School teacher. After moving to Palos Verdes Estates, California in 1986 she became a member of the Peninsula Committee for the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra, a member of Palos Verdes Peninsula PEO Chapter and enjoyed being around her friends and family. A graveside service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 12, 2019 Green Hills Memorial Park in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.
